How to Book – Please contact us via the email address on the left. We will reply to your request within 24 hours. If you confirm the booking we will send you an invoice and a Paypal request for the amount due (no Paypal account required). Bookings will be confirmed by management upon receipt of the 20% deposit payment.
Payments – We require a 20% deposit payment to hold a reservation with the 80% balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less that 30 days before check in require full payment. Promotional packages may require full payment at the time of reservation. A credit card will be required upon check-in for incidentals as well as ID for all confirmed guests. If for some reason payments are not received or not cleared by your bank, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refunding the booking deposit. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card (via Paypal).
Cancellations & Amendments – We accept cancellations in writing prior to check in. The deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in date: the deposit is issued as credit for future stays within 1 year of original check-in date. Cancellations made less that 30 days before the check-in date: the 20% deposit is not refunded nor credited. Any other payments made are issued as credit for future stays within 1 year of the original check-in date. Cancellations made less that 48 hours before check-in or no shows: no refund or credits are issued. Changes to reservations can be made up to 30 days prior to check-in date. Subject to availability. For promotional packages, no refunds or credits are given. Changes to the reservations can not be made at any time.
